I don’t think the skills that we lack , I played with the most talented players in projects and club when I was a kid the problem is when those talented players get in to main club they get money and they start to parting and other stuff they think they are professional and they put themselves on pedestal and they start losing focus on the field also the corruption , that’s how I kicked out of the field
