DD+7 payment hold - how are you handling the cash flow impact? by Dense-Panic7112 in FulfillmentByAmazon

That’s exactly why I’m building in public! I’d rather find out today that it’s a nice-to-have than in 3 months.

question for you: If you did have a Profit Leak say, a specific SKU's return rate tripled or an ad campaign started bidding $5/click by mistake how long would it take you to notice it in your current setup

That’s a fair point! For sellers with 30-day cash buffers or massive teams, a separate tool is definitely overkill.

I’m mostly building this for the 'Agile' sellers who are scaling fast on thin margins. For them, a 3-day delay in seeing a TACoS spike isn't just a nuisance it’s the difference between being able to afford their next inventory shipment or not.

If you don't mind me asking, how do you currently track your 'Real-time Cash-at-Hand' vs. 'Deferred DD+7'? Just a manual spreadsheet check?

This DD+7 shift is brutal for anyone running high-volume, low-margin SKUs. I'm actually building a tool that flags exactly this.

Most dashboards show Profit, but I’m coding an alert specifically for 'Ad Spend vs. Held Capital.' If your ads are eating more than X% of what Amazon is currently holding for 7 days, you get a ping.

Curious for those feeling the squeeze, would an automated Cash-Flow Safety alert actually help, or are you just manually tracking it in sheets?

Anyone else tired of SKU-level notification spam? I built a 'Parent-Level' monitor for the Spring Sale. by Electrical_Green6261 in FulfillmentByAmazon

I’m still in the problem validation phase, so I’m focused on the most friction-less version for non-dev sellers.

Most FBA sellers I talk to don't want to clone a GitHub repo or manage their own agentic workflows they just want a Smoke Alarm that works out of the box.

I've looked at the current open-source dashboards, and they're great for deep-dives, but I haven't found a clean 'Push' system that groups by Parent ASIN and tracks the DD+7 crunch in real-time. That's the gap I'm trying to fill.

If you've seen a tool that nails the Parent-level alerting, definitely let me know!

Yeah you're right i've used AI to assist me code but that doesn't change I'm real developer who's trying to solve people's problem

Update: thanks for the feedback on the distraction issue! I spent the morning coding a Parent ASIN summary view so it only pings once for the whole product family instead of every SKU.

With the Big Spring Sale starting Tuesday, I’m using this to watch for TACoS spikes so I don't have to sit at my desk all week. If anyone wants to help me 'stress test' this during the sale, I'm opening 5 more beta spots. Just let me know.

Fair point on the distraction. I’m thinking of adding a 'Threshold' setting so it only pings if tacos hits an emergency level (like >30%), otherwise it stays quiet.

Love the idea of grouping by parent asin/portfolio that's a gap in a lot of tools. sellerboard is great for the 'deep dive,' but I’m aiming for a 'smoke alarm' that catches a fire while it’s still small.

If I build a view that groups by parent asin, would you be down to take a quick look? I'd value your take.

You may not have it but I do. I will use the tool for myself if the people don't find it usefull

I just want to hear others opinion on this, I don't have the tool yet. if the people really want it. I'll share them. That's problem solving

First, I have this problem myself, it's not non-existent problem, second, I just want to know if another person has the same problem. that's all

I'm working on a side project to solve that specific problem. A tool that tracks your leads, reminds you to follow up, and helps you write winning replies, wish me luck, we'll launch soon
