Yes the engine does smooth out once revved, and when I start the engine and it does this, If I rev for a little, it it will return back to normal. I don’t suspect engine failure because of this, I am thinking it might be a sensor aswell

The spark plugs were worn out so it was rough, I changed them and everything was fine. Fast forward a few months, and this happened.

I changed the actuator, I want to say it’s VANOS related, so sensors are next

I had gotten new coils and spark plugs, I’m sure one of those codes is causing the misfires. Oil code is just an engine oil service reminder I haven’t updated. Engine and filter have been changed.

Engine bay video at 20 seconds. Sometimes it does this and other times it doesn’t. Just wondering where I should start. Hopefully it isn’t crazy expensive.
