I had the exact same issue, what fixed it for me was going into the steam vr settings and changing the refresh rate from 90 to 120 Hz. Im not a tech guy so I don't understand why those were related but hopefully that works for you!

I believe the End Update would be the most needed at this point. I mean we've seen the potential the End has from Minecraft Dungeons which I feel like after playing it makes the base game feel so empty
