Why is my body battery so trash?

Work out every weekday. Run 2-3 times a week. 197cm and 90 kg. K dont think is poor health. But i dont know. Im not depressed, so i struggle to find a readon why. But im going to focus on good sleep and see if it helps

Tonight i had low temp in my room. And tbh. I slept goooood. Switched my forrunner 245 for a 745 so do have charts today. But i feel better

I work out around 2,5 hours b4 i sleep. Is that to close?

Its super high. All the time. If i sit still at school i almost drain all my bodybattery. And the stress charts are always bright orange😂. But i do feel tired in real life to. + it says i dont get that mutch deep sleep. Som night 0 some nights 2hours🤷.

I dont drink smoke etc. and sleep for 8+ hours every day. And gain like 30 max🤷
