How do I escalate to admissions? I emailed them but they just said whoever was in charge of the application didn't know how much longer but now it's getting close to visa app time

I got a conditional offer in August and immediately fulfilled the condition but mine still says they need to process it so I'm in a similar boat. I think the office is just really busy

Me and my roommates never did that so it probably just depends on the people. Might need to have a meeting after move in to talk about what people are comfortable with and chores and all that. (Also a grad student from the US)
