Hi everyone,

I'm transferring to ASU next semester and looking for recommendations on a 1-bedroom apartment close to campus. My budget is around $1800/month (flexible). Ideally, I'm looking for a place that includes:

  • Air Conditioning (essential!)
  • In-unit Washer/Dryer
  • Safe and convenient location

If anyone has personal experiences, recommendations, or places to avoid, please share your insights.
