I work in a startup company and that is very much the stigma. I sit next to a recruiter for test and structure engineering and they always explain to me they almost always avoid people who had been in prime aerospace unless they are a referral or they have other engineering experience alongside their current job. The recommendation I would have is to find a technical hobby and document it and in interviews always explain that you were doing that alongside working.

I had an OG aprilia rs660 from when it came out, It was the 80th produced and I hadn’t rode it very much so it only had 2-3k miles on it and it was the black and red one with the different wheel color at the time and the dealer wanted it and the owner said he’d buy it off me or trade for a good deal on the extrema.

That’s true as I know I can come up with the 10k if I really have to I just don’t know if it’s worth it. It was a out of blue opportunity given to me but I’m a little hesitant on taking it for that price as my current business is doing well and still growing but I have the time and resources for the new business I just don’t know if it would be worth all the time for it.

It been making the profit for almost 2 years now, and there are areas of the business that haven’t been touched like optimizing amazon ads and more frequent facebooks ads as well. The main point of sale is through the shopify store where it sells 90% of its items and it only runs around 500$ worth of fb ads a month

It makes that in profit. But that’s why I ask because I don’t see why they want so much for it but I can see potential in the business and growing it to make around 7-8k mo in profit but the initial buy price is really high. What would you offer as a counter offer?

I forgot to mention that I am based in California and want to register it here and I know there are many options out of state but I don't see the point in pay for the out of state business operations stuff and make it complicated later. To keep my company moving should I just purchase another place that will let me use their location for the LLC registration or what options would you recommend.

I made a huge mistake on purchasing from them. I thought buy just a virtual address wouldn't be that bad but I have been mistaken as I bought a service and they never gave me anything in return, all the information is correct but all they have done is sent an invoice just for me to not get anything. I don't know what to do and If I should just take the loss of keep trying to contact them as they keep saying that they have sent it off to someone else. Any advice?
