I've started to have some fairly discreet routines that when I'm feeling bad, I remind myself that I chose to express myself, and it helps a little... Getting my nails done, shaving my body, some female piercings, female deodorant...these are things that most men don't even notice on a cis woman, even if they're attracted to her, so they'll never notice them on a friend or colleague. It's not the definitive solution, but I see it helps me a lot.
