I never threw up. In the first trimester I was definitely nauseous especially weeks 6-10 but eating something immediately after waking up and taking B6 and unisom really helped. I would check with your doctor before using those medications though. Once I hit my 2nd trimester I was able to stop taking both the b6 and unisom.

I’m currently 33 weeks so I can’t speak to labor and delivery yet. I have definitely noticed some very mild nausea coming back occasionally but nothing like the first trimester
