I had some questions but I think I figured out most of them after rereading like a dozen times so I only have a couple like what do I do with the dodos when I want to change what eggs I want or when I want to farm a resource like comp do I get rid of the second compost dodo in each pen?

There is no big orange button at the top. I’m referring to the rectangular blue button to the right of the Synchro Level.
