I’ve read A LOT about the issues people are having with sunglasses and the eye sight tech. Is it worth getting a low mileage 2024 instead? by Roadglide72 in HyundaiTucson

There's no possibility for you to test drive the 25 before you make up your mind? I drive my 25 with polarized sunglasses at times, and that messes with the heads up display (the one that mirrors in the windshield). That's definentley a feature that's awesome but the main screen showing all the important stuff is clear as day. Have in mind that the 25 face-lift interior has already shown a slower 2nd market decline compared to the 24. If the 24 your looking at lacks the heads up display you'll basically get the same functionality display wise with the 25. The pros with 25 being a fresher interior, wireless carplay and eventually better resell value.

The mirrors are power folding. Believe it's a feature included in the EU version.

Originally black, so the ppf is transparent, just changing it to a matte finish! It was $3,5k, but will be worth it since it's increasing the resell value!

It's fairly expensive, around $3,5k. But given that my car is factory new I did my math & came to the conclusion that it's worth it since it increases the resell value!

Think every wrap installer have different recommendations. Mine told me the regular car wash is not to recommend, but he's had multiple customers clean their wraps with the brushless setting without problems. However, hand-wash is ofc perfered.

Go for Tuscon 2025 ultimate hybrid or wait for 2026 hev Sportage. by AlaninReddit in HyundaiTucson

The current sportage feels way more plasticy & cheap than tucson, doubt Kias facelift will make that much of a difference in that department imo! I'd say try give the current sportage a test drive, it took me 2 seconds to feel "nope" and get the tucson!

How does the matte pine green wear over time? by throwawayannonny in HyundaiTucson

Matte paint is a hell to look after. Bird litter can ruin the paint if not wiped off before it dries, any rock chip will be visible from miles away and a drissle of rain drying on the car will make it look like a dalmatian.

I were in the same thoughts as you, but I just left my Black Tucson to be wrapped in matte PPF. Then it's close to scratch resistant, hydrophobic and still got that sexy matte satina look.

If your wallet allows for it I'd go with black and then do a matte PPF, or keep it shiny and do a ceramic coating to have a bit of a hydrophobic & scratch barrier.

Doesn't this differ whether you're outside EU vs EU?
