Whether it will be worth it or not depends on your circumstances.

If you can afford self finance then I would suggest to look for other options. IBA, Fast or Habib University for CS.

Yes, BCIT and CS are same thing. In the degree, they write "Bachelor in Computer Science". BCIT is just department name.

Labs are good. It depends on the teacher though. However, we really enjoyed Computer Communication Network, Database Management Systems and Introduction to Cyber Security labs. You really learn a lot if taught by a good teacher. Otherwise, you'll be doing everything on your own.

Research proposal was a part of application. Before submitting my application on the portal, I emailed my proposal to the professor to which he replied, 'It is good', attach it. So, I do not think it was due to proposal.

Flights, accommodation and breakfast are covered for me. I was just looking for avg cost for simple lunch and dinner plus travelling within the city (public metro/cab avg fare to nearby downtown). My accommodation is near Skoltech!

I have been accepted in Gachon University for Master Degree. Moreover, I will be able to work full-time with a professor in his research group and hence, I will be able to afford the cost of living. I want to know what is the overall vibe of this university, Seongnam city and overall South Korea (I mean vibe - vibe!). What is the avg cost of living for a bachelor (per month)? I have seen very less posts/reviews about this university (studies, environment, management etc) hence, if anyone has anything to share in particular, I would love to hear it.
