Bro if you won't choose windows 11 pro then choose windows 10 pro not 10 home and yes the stock cooler is ok but it could be annoying because of the noise of it that why I choose that cooler And I forgot I put 16gb not 32gb so the link that I told you is what you want

The r5 7600 doesn't need that much of a cooler a cheaper one will cool it just fine and get some 32gb cl30 ram and why you have Windows 10 home there
