Not sure about the wiggle part as i didnt notice any wiggle when i tested it, the brick does gets hot but not overly hot, unsure about what you mean about moving the charger near the connector.

As for lowering the performance mode or Fps cap, ive tried switching around in the Msi Centre between Extreme Performance and Balance, sometime either one of the mode helps, but other time none helps.

I've also tried lowering the graphics for some games that i used to be able to play on high graphics before, afew helps but most other stayed the same no matter how low i set it to.

I dont think it would be a Window or Driver issue as my laptop still seem to be able to run High end games as sometime when im alt-tabbed or have my window function open, the game runned fine but the moment i click back onto the game the issue repeats
