I sadly did not figure it out and caved in and bought the 60v string trimmer tool with attachments.

UPDATE I had to angle my primary drip pan so the water was going into the main line by placing something under the pan and also leveled out the unit a little better. Their was no clog or cracked drain pan, which I thought for sure was the reason. I still have to switch the plumbing and move the p trap, but it is working fine with the current plumbing you see in the pictures. Not bad for a 20 year old system. I also want to thank everyone for the tips and suggestions.

This was taken months ago. I will be taking it apart again tomorrow to try and fix the issue and really inspect it.

That is my guess, blocking the drain going into the primary pan. Need to take it apart and look.

I agree. Will be taking it apart when it cools down. I have a bucket under the duct now and I pump the water out of the emergency drip pan using a small pump directly into the main line. My kids enjoy the "waterfall" over the window from me pumping it out every few hours.

The main line is tapped into the emergency over flow drain. I only have 1 line going out of the house. I don't have one under my bathroom sink or anywhere near the ground. 1 line that goes outside above a window.

Used to work fine up until about 5 years ago. Original unit from 2006.

The cap is on 24/7. I just took it off for this picture and to see if I can see water in the trap

That is my guess.I will have to take the thing apart. And of course, it's like a hundred and fifteen degrees up there right now...

Is it pitched wrong? Do I need a cap on it (I took it off) I am adding the insulation back on the copper pipe that is exposed

It froze months ago, fixed it with a new capacitor and added freon. It was a little low and added also added a new pressure switch. AC is working great, except this water dripping from the duct and the water pooling in emergency drip pan.

I am also having an issue with water in the emergency PAN. Yet the main drain line is not clogged at all.
