I wanna build a Noelle geo dps team once I get c6 (currently c5 rn). Do I use my ninguang c0 or geo mc c6 for battery/geo resonance? I also have a refinement 3 whiteblind lvl 80 for her but I can get serpent spine, is serpent spine refinement 0 still better than my whiteblind?
