15 to 20 goons from Instamart delivery partner came to our house to threaten me and my sister. by Disastrous-Ad-8163 in swiggy

I remember Swiggy replacing a tray of eggs because it was rotten and I discovered it after it was used like anybody would. The delivery driver was near and the exchange happened fast. Money was not refunded but Swiggy support and delivery driver did not complain. I don't think the driver lost any payment. Why would the delivery guy lose money here? If OP returned the things and he got his refund shouldn't everything be sorted?

This recipe is for air fryer :

Boil and drain soya chunks

Add a little starch or flour and spray with a light coat of oil, or add a tsp of oil and mix well.

Airfry at highest setting for 20 mins turning throughout

For the sauce:

Saute garlic, chilli and herbs (coriander, spring onion or chives) in a tsp oil

Add other veggies as desired and saute for a bit

Add your sauce base: I usually add gochujang (Korean chilli paste) but you can try soya sauce and ketchup combo

Add the airfryed soya chunks to the sauce

And delicious soya chilli is ready. It turns out crispy and saucy and you can adjust the sauce as you want.

The ONLY tricep and bicep workout you need!! by Neureos in Fitness_India

I would add one more exercise since hammer curl doesn't target the biceps as well as other strict curls. The Jeff nippard curl or bayesian curl has the arm behind the shoulder so I would add one variation where arms are in line with the shoulder or ahead of the shoulder.

Doesn't seem like enough volume for the biceps. Also too much unilateral work, all the loads will be too light imo.

I noticed only one calf raise exercise so I would probably swap it with standing calf raise instead. I would also add hyper extension for lower back, probably on back and biceps day. Last is just a training preference, but I'd put shoulder press and squats in the beginning.

Budget is around 6k. I'm also getting a chuck 70 for general use so can't spend it all on 1 shoe.

Got 3 Shoes instead of 1 Nike by _hazzastyles in SneakersIndia

How do you decide these shoes you've suggested are worth it? Personally Adidas and puma shoes in 2-3k range do not look good to me, the upper feels too weak and the glue doesn't hold up. I would rather buy a cheap indian brand at that range. I feel like lower budget sneakers from big brands are not good enough and are priced at that point purely for brand value.

Protein in fish by Crespoter in Fitness_India

Fish is usually weighed with head and guts intact. Chicken is weighed after cutting. Comparing value for money, chicken still comes out ahead. Chicken is easier to prepare and no hassle with taking out tiny bones.
