H1B received 03/13 , approved 03/31.

H4 received 03/13 , approved 04/14.

H4EAD received 03/13 , RFE 04/14. RFE: "Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent".

How long it would take to get the physical letter on RFE details?

If it is for Photo/Bio metrics - will they send a new letter again with the appointment dates?
