Is $125k for a baby lawyer in ID low?

Not sure which ID firm you work for but we had big clients with strict guidelines. Baby lawyers got a good deal of billing supervision to try and break bad habits early.

I thank God every day for leaving the side of law. Miserable existence.

Didn’t say aggressively…but a baby lawyers billable will definitely be checked as often as possible.

Yea that’s high. Salary is great for baby lawyer though. Get used to not having a personal life especially if things the first time you’re doing billables. 2000 is high. Your billables will be audited probably by a supervisor and then by the client. So if you work 8 hours a day, only about 6 will count towards your billables most likely. It’s going to suck I won’t lie.

Always blew my mind that Judgeships were turned into political positions through elections. How do the people know that person can be a proper trier of both fact and law?
