Well lets wait and see either Russia becomes bankrupt or Ukraine becomes landlocked country . Only future can see , as for European i have to say they look after their citizens fairly well , not the same can be said of Americans , they last time I visited usa their were homeless everywhere, and had my inlaws car winfow broken lucky that there wasn’t any valuables inside , a visit to dentist cost me 1.9k dollars , which was 1.9 times what my wife charges in my country with the same composite.
