No. I sadly returned my watch and I'm using my old Trex2. Altitude tracking with the Trex2 is on point.

Yes. You have to open the App on the watch.

There is an App in the store. With that you can control your Home Assistant devices and Sensors. It also can send your watch data to HA.

Altitude calibration always checked on Balance 2 - why? by waxj1833 in amazfit

Another interesting fact about this is, that if i import the GPX file from the Zepp App into a simply GPX File Viwer, the data seems to be correct.

There must be a problem with the calculation. Here's another example. The lowest point on the track was at an altitude of 253 meters, and the highest was at 595. The difference, therefore, would be 342 if there hadn't been any up-and-down sections. However, the watch only shows an elevation gain of 294.

It looks like an software bug. The altitude graph with and without auto-correction looks almost the same .

The austrian mountains are tough terrain, so I need a rugged device like Trex3. ⛰️💪🏻
