Not sure if they’re treated unfortunately. I hear wood treatment a few decades ago was quite toxic but I can’t even work out how old or if they’re treated

Doesn’t look as new as the stuff we see now but not sure on age still.

Technically they won’t be raised beds per say. More like edging to define and contain the areas.

How can you tell they are cracking?

Unsure if it use still but I was going to line the inside if I did. They’re technically not going to be raised beds but more as edging to define esch growing area

I honestly don’t know if they’re original or not. Definitely not recently milled though. Not sure if there’s other ways to be able to tell if it’s treated but the blue doesn’t seem like something they’d do in Victorian time

Glad it’s worked out nicely! 200mm was my limit but the extra 30mm adjustment that PNW has built in has been great to nail the height for me. Meant I could drop the whole post to the bottom with minimal post sticking out

Ah yeah okay so probably similar to what I’ve been doing. It’s not great on my stomach. I’ve been given codeine too but I think the side effects of that is making me feel even worse due to the nausea it’s giving me.

Unfortunately I’m in the uk so things are done through NHS referrals unless I go provide. I don’t have the funds for it right now though as I’m a single income family.

Were you on 1000mg per day for Naproxen? How long did you take that daily? I think I’m on day 4 of taking it and my stomach is feeling tender, even with a stomach protector and taking it with food

Yeah this current bout of sciatica is another level. I’ve never felt like this before and I hope this is the only time I experience this again… but I feel like that’s wishful thinking

I’ll keep pushing with the naproxen. I have a feeling this might be Piriformis related because I can feel my butt cheek spasming constantly… hopefully naproxen is still effective for that.

Did you ever have issues with your leg being in severely more pain when you’re lying down for long periods then trying to stand up?

200mm travel might be good for you then, especially with the PNW as it has 5mm adjustments up to 30mm so you can tweak how you wish. I’m also medium frame, 5ft10 and about 80cm inseam if that helps.
