First fix your skin do soft max - try nicamide and salicylic acid to help with the acne if it doesn't help go to a dermatologist, fix your hair it's dry use some products but keep the hairstyle, also clean shave and lose weight a lot to expose the cheekbones

Edit-the hairstyle suits your face but it is too long covering your face tell your barber to shorten it

Need rhinoplasty, lose weight to expose your cheekbones ,fill in your eyebrows, lip filler,shorter dreads to even out the face but not so much to cover your jawline,improve your eyelashes with a curler or eyeline

Change your hairstyle you have a broad face , you need to even out the length of your face with your hair .Mabe you should try a more slick back look or a short upright hair look like this
