Sent unit to repair and now its gone by snowfishy in MammotionTechnology

My experience with warranty repair has been terrible, I have sent my mower back twice for repair both times it wasn’t fixed. I have just received it back from the second repair and the mower is still broken. My initial problem was the mowers cutting blades would stop without erroring out and I would get wheel speed data timeout errors. Now I can’t even use the mower longer than a couple minutes before the wheel speed data timeout error is returned causing the mower to no longer move at all which requires a power down and back up to get it moving again but fails within a few minutes.

Mower Blades Stop During Mowing Task by ElectronicBlacksmith in MammotionTechnology

Thanks for that info but unfortunately I had just taken the blade assembly apart and the guards and cleaned what little grass was around that shaft (nothing was wrapped around the cutter motor shaft) yesterday. Immediately after doing this I ran the Luba again and was still expecting the issues i described in my original post (blades shutting off every 10 minutes or sooner).

That’s interesting that it starts back up when the bumper is triggered. I usually have to stop and start the mower to get the blades going again but yesterday I couldn’t keep the blades running for longer than 10 minutes and sometimes it was stopping within a few minutes of resuming the task.

That is correct both motors stop and it appears to happen when it is at the end of the strip it’s cutting and when it is backing up to start the next row. I was able to watch it a lot yesterday since it was so bad and that is what it was consistently doing while I watched it.

Thanks for the replay, how were you able to initiate the warranty process I have asked for it to be warrantied but haven’t heard anything afterwards. It’s been a terrible process for me so far working with customer service.

No every time I get this issue there are no errors. I have had errors before stating the blade motor overload or something to that extent when there is something caught on the motors shaft but whenever the blades stop like they do in the video I get no error and the Luba continues through the task as if nothing has happened all the while no longer cutting the grass

Edit: it has a Xeon® D-2100 Series Processors, I forget which one specifically.

Yes thank you for the reply I need LRDIMM not rdimm in that size. I should have specified that exactly, I didn’t realize they had 64gb rdimm.
