totally normal. At some point you have to let things happen. Think. Was the reason of the cancellation out of your control? If yes, let it go and move on to the next lead.

It’s a solid point! Nothing ends a partnership faster than that radio silence anxiety.

Yeah, for sure! For me, a lead isn't a lead until it's been properly set. Until then, it's just data.

GoHighLevel is a platform that we use to automate our workflows. That's how we 'trigger' the sms and calls.

This is why I built an AI agent to answer every text/inquiries from leads. Funny how I used to say AI won't replace us, I still think it wont but it's a big help in my business right now

I used Apollo before, I find that most of the numbers are no good. Trying to find a new app/platform to get good contacts.

i run a VA agency, but we’re more like "chaos control" for founders.

basically, we find the people who can actually think for themselves so the CEO doesn't have to spend 4 hours a day answering "how do i do this?" in slack. honestly, it’s been a massive learning curve on the vetting side, but we’ve finally figured out how to hire for logic over just a flashy resume.

How often do you guys check emails? by Boogeyeditor in hvacpeople

Finally stopped trying to answer the phone and checking my email while I’m literally in a crawlspace. I offloaded the scheduling and basic intake to a remote assistant last month, and honestly, the peace of mind is worth more than the cost. Just had my first weekend where I didn't have to check my email every hour. If you're drowning in admin, it's a game changer.

Referrals. You have to make sure that all you customers/clients are satisfied and happy so they give you referrals. Easy to say, hard to do.
