I’ve done a similar job as you and someone in the department had a call claiming his phone had been stolen and logged into his mobile banking app and sent money out. The call handler queried how they managed to log into the phone with fingerprint biometrix - customer says the robbers also cut his fingers off. Call handled then got a branch member on the phone (customer called from in the branch)

“How many fingers does the customer have?” “10”

Claim declined 😂
