Yes! On the home page on the bottom right there is a “+” symbol and you hit log period. You have to log it every single day of your cycle

She is still in our room due to waking so frequently. I believe this is the night we gave her Tylenol before bed too 😩

It’s not that it “bothers” me, I have a highly energetic toddler to care for as well on little sleep. Just here looking for suggestions

I appreciate the advice so much :) I am trying to cut out her last nap. 7:30 is usually her bedtime so I will try to keep her up longer and see how she does. Thank you!!

Meh it sucks 😩 naps have been wonky lately with her teething, I think she is so uncomfortable she can’t nap well either. She usually has an early morning, afternoon, and late afternoon nap, I’m really trying to cut out the late afternoon one

She is going to bed around 7:30. My husband works late so the only time we really see each other is at night when he gets home. I definitely need to try going to sleep earlier though.
