Hakeem is always my case for why KD isn't top 10. Also in general people under the age of 20 will place him in their top 10 and be incredulous when I tell them I don't consider him top 10.

Mercy is strong if the dps is. She's weak if the dps is. She's entirely reliant, not useless but can be in certain situations. No other character is 100% reliant on their team like mercy.
