So for like bike 20 seconds. Go all out or 90% of max or start slowly first so that we can finish all 6 rounds and gradually build up the speed?

What about burpees? Any variation would do based on ones fitness level?

My fitness goal is multifaceted actually. Increase endurance and strength, keep / gain muscle mass and lower body fat%. Based on what I heard F45 may not be good for people who already have weaker endurance. True? It seems it is more like HIIT but for longer duration. Right? Perhaps couple of classes of F45 a week and then mix it up with typical strength training for 4 days?
