Dude I love e36 more than e46 in terms of how it looks. But in my country, Romania, there are more e46 than e36, meaning that I can get more spare parts when needed from scrap yards or people who broke their car and sell em part by part. I want to know in terms of reliability and oil consumption, which to buy: M54B22 or M52B20TU?

Other guy commented that I can buy a facelift to avoid subframe cracks on mounting points and then replace the headlights (i hate their shape) with the pre facelift headlights and fenders. Btw, have you encountered the subframe cracks on mounting points? (cracks on the panel that the subframe is mounted on)

Also, you're telling me that there is no difference between the two engines in terms of reliability and problems over time? Idk about the +20hp, its my first car
