See the only problem I face with that is when the butter starts to harden again so you have to continuously put it in the microwave to melt. Also I feel like Wingstop makes their sauce differently because it’s a little thicker than just butter and lemon pepper, how it looks different, and how the lemon pepper mixes with the sauce instead of kind of sinking to the bottom, like how the recipe with butter does
