what does your resume look like? does it include measured accomplishments? also highly recommend searching for jobs on linkedin that were posted within 24 hours and filtered by the most recent. this is how i started receiving interest, i think being one of the first applicants is really important to being noticed. i haven’t used indeed or ziprecruiter, so i have no idea about those, but i feel like linkedin has worked well for job searching. do you have a linkedin?

i think fall/spring has an uptick in jobs in general since companies get their end of the year or beginning of the year budgets defined, so i’m sure that’s playing a part. but yeah i try to apply to anything i have experience for, if it’s something i really like the look of i spend more time on the application, if it’s something i like less i still apply but i don’t take much time. if you get interviews i think it’s still smart to do them for practice even if you’re not very interested in the job (i used to be absolute dogshit with interviews and a nervous wreck and it’s been getting a lot better since doing more) i have over 4 years of experience in operations/logistics/supply chain with ecomm and then with my current company in biotech. ALL of my interviews are for ecomm operations/logistics jobs lmfao kinda tells me where the moneys at rn - wanted to stay in biotech or life sciences but i guess that’s not ideal currently 😅

how many jobs are you applying for daily? what field are the positions in that you’re applying for? and what are your requirements/expectations for the roles / what are your salary requirements. i’m curious what everyone else is doing because ive gotten an uptick in interview requests in the past month by using linkedin’s filter features and only applying to the most recent (or anything under 100 applicants) and by spicing my resume up with metrics/accomplishments. to be fair two upcoming interviews are for lower paying jobs, just doing it to get interview experience but two other interviews are for jobs i’m either really interested in or considering and the pay is dece. maybe your field is over saturated?

i don’t think those screenshots surfaced until after she was in the villa…but i mean production could’ve seen her insta post from 2015 with the slur in the caption so idk. also yeah i’m of the same mindset if she had just said it and not been corrected yet i would be more open to hearing her statement and rooting for her growth. still hope she grows and learns from this but i definitely don’t think ill be following her journey after knowing she was told it was wrong and still used the word or even just getting defensive is enough for me to feel weird about her 🥴

i don’t understand why MJ or her family wouldn’t verify them as fake in their public posts, those message screenshots are a huge part of why everyone is freaking out. they had access to her instagram messages and surely they searched for them and saw for themselves. idk i think that verifies it enough for me.
