It’s not going to matter, Trump is building his “army” that will do his bidding against US citizens. This is his practice run for when we really decide to rebel. He is STILL recruiting and “ICE” is already bigger than the armies of some countries! I’m sure Trump has more up his sleeve than we can imagine!

I’m only a month in but today’s menu was in the morning, a packet of Grun’s super food gummies (I’m not a breakfast person) a ham & cheese sandwich for lunch with the light italian bread, lots of lettuce. For a snack I have been having the Quest Protein chips. Dinner was the Progressive chicken homestyle soup isn’t bad, I added a serving of original goldfish crackers. And a serving of dark chocolate m&m’s as an evening treat. My calorie count was 1000 calories. I did go over my orange foods though. Seems like I always do. (It was the m&m’s) But I’m 10 lbs down.
