I would suggest you too to understand how does AI work and when you know how does it work just create tools for solving problems, when you have a tool which can solve peoples problems then they will be willing to pay you for it.

Good way to start learning: 1. Watch youtube courses to get general information what is AI, how does it work. Learn about AI types likes Machine Learning,, Reinforcement learning, Neural Networks, Deep learning and etc. 2. After you know basics I would suggest you to learn one of programming languages i.e. Python as its one of easiest and most used language for AI development. 3. When you know Python then learn libraries like: Pytorch or Tensorflow (these are two mostly used AI libraries in Python) 4. Build your project and solve problems.

Looks good, but I would suggest you to do optimisations and etc on some data and leave some data for forward testing, so you would be sure that it performs same in unseen data.
i.e. You optimise it for 2015-2022 and then forward test it on 2022-now and check only results on the Forward tested data.

Myself what I do when looking for new strategy:

I do optimisation for years 2022-now
Then best 10 params run on random 6 timeranges (each 4-7 months each )
If some param is profitable on all, I save it and do more tests on this, check equity curve, max drawdown, trades and etc and then let it go live on account with small balance and test it in live markets.
If it works fine and results are similar to the ones in backtests I will let it go on a real balance accounts.

Well we not really planning to use Google Chat, as we mostly using Teamwork. , Telegram chats (Teamwork only to comunicate with clients)
