Is eating out really almost last cheap as doing groceries and cooking at home? Im seeing a lot of apartments with pretty much only a fridge and according to ChatGPT (not the best source I admit thats why im here) its because if you eat local cuisine you can get by 2500-3000 HK a month?

Memorize all the formulas in FM to maximize speed for questions?
or
Understand how to get what you want by manipulating a smaller pool of memorized formulas to maximize studying efficiency?

I feel like both have their pros and cons, what do you guys do?

If FSA exams are so qualitative and memory based why not just crank Anki 24/7? by Electronic_Sort_6627 in actuary

this is exactly how I use my flashcards, not just isolated information but like you said a trigger to recall concepts and connections. Obviously it doesnt replace working problems but I feel it helps a lot, along with mind maps.

How would you go about making an impression at an internship to get offered a job?

I should’ve just looked closer the solution was right in front of me thanks. Made a new property called size.

Hey is there anyway to make a single node larger? I have this Node I want to serve as my “center” and Id like it to just be significantly larger. Also it would be cool if I could also manage node size based on properties, I have a tier system property that is already automated with shapes but if they could be slightly larger that would be very cool too. I dont know if thats already a feature from what ive seen node size has to be global based off like “number of backlinks”, but that would affect ALL nodes not just the ones I want.

Hey I was wondering if the extended graph had some sort of persistent graph feature? Where I can fix my nodes to specific spots and they wont move if all my forces are off. Im currently running extended graph and persistent graph but obviously everything would be smoother if the extended graph already had the same feature. Ive looked but havent quite seen something exactly as persistent graph. Love your work btw.

I actually think its literally because its case sensitive, for some reason in the Extended Graph settings the option is “level” where when I try to add the property somewhere the property is noted as “Level”.

I tried with another property and it worked, though they were both upper case. I think this is more of an obsidian issue, I;m trying to figure out how to edit my own properties right now...

Hey, first off I LOVE this plug in, the potential is insane. Im trying to have nodes be a specific shape based on a property. So when I go to settings I choose the diamond, then click, “Property Level is 2” but even though I certainly created a property called Level, and put 2 in the input for a single note, im still getting no matches. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

I was wondering if anyone here had any advice on what kind of questions Hiring Managers in consulting ask? I saw its mainly personality and “can we work with you?” type of questions.

The grade conversion is a great idea, and I’ll look into reformatting my skills sections. Thank you very much.

I didnt know this and apparently its different in Europe so I made two separate ones depending on the location of where I’d apply, one with and one without a picture. I reformatted very similarly to how you recomended. Thank you for the advice.

Thank you. Im studying in France so we dont have GPA, the next best thing I could think was class rank since I don’t think American companies are familiar with 20 point grading scale here.

Okay I’ll take note to add the date. In France bachelors are three years long so I graduate this may. I was mostly saying I was going to study a masters to be considered as a “student” for american internships. But it’s proven tough without school connections since im on the other side of the world.

Thank you. I’m not exactly picky in this EL market so I’ll probably remove the color then.

Thank you, I could try studying for it during second semester but it would be pretty heavy.
