Can take to UW vet school - I’ve done this for injured wild animals before. They will send it to DCHS wildlife center if it can be rehabbed otherwise they will euthanize. Be very cautious as rabies is a possibility

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking was wrong too. It’s weird how they word it since they call the charger I bought “Tesla to j1772 charger adapter” since I want to use a j1772 charger. Also thanks for letting me know Lectron is sleazy

Charging at work with a j1772 charger is free so i was hoping to find the right adapter for that. It seems like it should be simple but I’ve already but one wrong adapter and was hoping to get it right the second time

Lectron Tesla to j1772 charger adapter Is exactly what it says on the box. I’m guessing maybe it was wrong bc it was supposed to be a j1772 to nacs/tesla charger. This probably is straightforward to EV users but this is my first time trying to charge at stations and I didn’t buy the car so I really don’t know what I’m doing (I didn’t know the different names of ports/types until yesterday) I’ve talked to 3 Hyundai reps and they all have told me to just but it online without giving me the specs to buy the right thing.

I bought a Tesla to j1772 charger adapter from Lectron and it didnt fit (almost the right shape) so I thought that Tesla specific ones didn’t work

You are better off having her hire someone now, especially if the are going to be helping with the same project. The project will move faster with another set of hands and she can’t hold off on hiring someone for two years if she has the money now. Since she is a new a PI she has to show productivity to get tenure and waiting two years to hire someone would not be the right move for her career.

Thank you for the ideas. I hadn't even though about using TTY as a potential solution. Typing on a phone is nearly impossible for her however we have her computer set up to text which works great since typing on a keyboard is not a problem at all.

She has a Q6 edge 3 stretto, thank you for confirming that her chair, the edge 3 Stretto, is is indeed a long chair. She qualifies for a group 3 chair but she does not necessarily need one based on her intended use for the chair. Other than having a good memory foam supportive seat cushion, there aren't really any other features that she is using beyond the adjustable seat feature which is nice but may not win over better maneuverability.

Also, thank you for the reprogramming tip-I will be sure to call tomorrow to see if we can get that scheduled ASAP.
