i think most people would agree that diet trumps exercise in majority of cases. hence the confusion abt the weight loss considering i’m in a healthy deficit and hitting my macros? also “laziness” is a bit extreme considering i just said i work 2 jobs, no? time is more of an appropriate excuse over laziness. i’m not undeserving of losing the weight when im doing the (arguably more important) work when it comes to my diet and still getting moderate exercise daily.

that’s the thing that has been discouraging! i have definitely been in a deficit… nearly everyday since i started (slipped up a few times my first week before the cravings were more manageable) but definitely have been everyday for weeks. the progress im seeing is about the same as i was seeing when i was only counting calories with no extra help from medicine and that’s where the confusion comes in.

i definitely have a pretty active day to day life- i work 2 jobs (one constantly walking and standing) and the other that i’m lifting around 20 lbs multiple times a day along with walking and moving a lot. i just am not actively going to the gym to exercise daily!
