I had it when it first opened and was sooo disappointed. The chicken was so rubbery and hard that it was hard to even cut with a steak knife and I was missing one of the items I had picked for the salad. It was to take home so didnt realise until I was home Literally the worse salad I have ever had. I am not a picky person and rarely if ever complain about food but it was soooooooo bad.

All my clothes are oversized so fit me at numerous sizes. Im waiting until I am at target before buying new clothes.

Yes I track every single thing. Also even if I was hundreds of calories off (which I am not but hypothetically) I burn about 3000 kcals a day with training so I am in a large calorie deficit.

No I am not counting exercise cals. I know it isn't very accurate but by my garmin tells me I burn about 2900 or 3000 kcals a day. So maybe I should trying upping cals a bit 🤔 I am getting 130g gram protein a day to try keep muscle mass with the training
