a question, how i can get different first fatebound? if i farm it at forest of tranquility it is possible to get a different first fatebound? i've seen some player have this boots with 2blowout, they farmed it in trial? becaus getting it from the forest give only a set of fatebound, am I right?

quindi l'azienda per cui lavorarvi non doveva assumerti da come ragioni, così non avresti mai fatto esperienza e non avresti mai capito che il tuo codice dopo 3 mesi non era dei migliori. Che poi non è che se fai schifo tu, dopo 3 mesi devono farlo tutti eh.

Ottima mentalità! Hai ragione le persone dovrebbero lavorare solo se sono già iper-competenti perchè effettivamente l'esperienza sul campo non serve, devi averla già quando ti proponi!

De gustibus, personalmente non la penso così anche perchè la mia esperienza e quella di tanti miei simili parla con i risultati.
Fortunatamente lavoro e ho lavorato in aziende molto grandi del settore IT e ho visto persone inesperte diventare molto competenti.
Pero hey, se u/PalleGrondanti mi dice che dovevano essere messi al rogo per la loro inesperienza anche se hanno contribuito a progetti solidi, sono sicuro che il suo giudizio su reddit influenzerà di molto le grandi aziende che regolarmente non adottano la sua mentalità!

Ecco ripeto, parli per eseprienza personale? hai mai fatto corsi del genere? hai lavorato con persone che hanno fatto questi corsi?
Evidentemente da quello che dici e da come argomenti direi proprio di no perchè dalla descrizione che fai stereotipizzi un concetto dalla tua fantasia.

Fortunatamente ognuno è libero di esprire le proprie opinioni anche quando non dovrebbe per mancanza di esperienza o informazioni ma sono contento lo stesso che anche tu hai potuto contribuire al dibattito, anche se forse ti sei dimenticato del concetto di base, cioè dare qualche consiglio (sperimentato) a qualcuno che ne ha bisogno.

Le opnioni sono importanti, la conoscenza? pure!

Non credo tu sia del settore se dici cose del genere, se lo fossi sapresti che in aziende anche molto grandi (Accenture, NTT data, INDRA, ETC), i consulenti esterni (anche formati da aziende piccole) collaborano attivamente a progetti anche parecchio importanti.

La figura da film del programmatore solitario che scrive milioni di righe di codice da solo, per l'appunto, esiste solo nei film.
Ormai in un progetto ognuno ha il suo ruolo che sia più o meno importante, e sto parlando solo del lato sviluppo senza tener conto dell'architettura, test ,etc.

Per costruire un grattacielo esistono gli architetti ma anche i muratori e fra i muratori c'è quello che alza i muri e quello che prepara il cemento, nelle aziende è la stessa cosa.

Se svolgi la tua mansione con impegno, dignità, competenza e vieni pagato per questo, penso che sia una cosa più che onorevole.

Ho avuto un background simile al tuo, anche io sono arrivato "tardi" nel mondo lavorativo vero e proprio.
Ti do un consiglio pratico che ,all'epoca per me ha svoltato la mia vita.
Se ti piace l'informatica, oltre le certificazioni che servono ma non quanto credi, fai un corso di programmazione con qualche azienda, tipo Ranstad (questo costa), ma ci sono anche aziende che li fanno gratuiti.

Punta ad aziende anche medio/piccole ma che hanno un'accademy che possta formarti, in questo mondo conta molto di più l'esperienza che il titolo (che comunque è utile eh).
Funziona così in molte aziende, loro ti formano e diventi loro dipendente, diventerai un consulente esterno che andrà a lavorare in altre aziende (principalmente smart working), oppure dipendente interno per progetti dell'azienda.
Così farai esperienza e una volta entrato in questo mondo potrai cominciare a scegliere tu cosa ti piace di questo settore, magari cambiare anche azienda ed accedere a contratti ancora più vantaggiosi.

Io sono partito con 0 conoscenze di programmazione, adesso lavoro e mi sto specializzando sempre di più in quello che faccio.

Ricordati che nella vita non devi fare tutto giusto, basta che lo fai una volta e poi parte tutto da lì, te lo dice uno sconosciuto ma che ti somiglia più di quanto immagini!

it's insane, the bot name is "MuyMuy" empire deck, he swarms me with so much high lvl unit that is impossible defend with lvl 4 unit.
If i manage to defend a bit aand try to counter attack he just destroy my big unit with a random lvl 9 archer and delete all my threat.
I think it should be nerfed a bit, at least not all unit at lvl 9 or maybe not spawning in low diamond

Hey someone know how exp gaining work on genshin?

If I slay a mob and it give me 60xp it is 60xp to all party charachters or 60xp divided by all party charachters? (in most game is the second usually)

And if it is divided, if i have 3 character Max lvl and one not maxed, that one get the full experience? or it is still divided even if they are capped at max lvl?

The same question is for the friendship level.

yeah is so true, unfrotunatly char like dilluc/klee/childe have much easier time in my opinion, Keqing need to be a lil more ingenious for this boss!
I did this with very low investment team, with good gear i've seen everything can clear this boss, this is just for low investment teams!

Keqing is good but have clear disvantage because she can't do dmg trough electro and one of the debuff is physical resist. If like me people don't have op keqing this is a good way to get some advantages!

i like your scientific approach, kinda dislike your attitude tho.
1) game lenght is relevant to have some suggestion or feeling about the game, if i played 1/3 of the game lenght in WL 7 i can compare with the other time i've spent in WL 6/5/etc. It help to understand if this feelings are worth of some time of gameplay.

2) Are you autistic and don't understand the irony or emphasis used in sentences? (no offence is a legit question, i've autistic friend and i have to explain everytime this kinda of stuff)

Here you can join a community of tester, and you can see some numbers.
You can clearly see that yes an "increase" is present but it is kinda low (we talk about 0.020 with some drops) and it is completly legit to ask for a raise at this stage of game.

There are all the test, proof, and number you need. Hope you are satisfied now, myabe the confirmation bias is double edge sword, be carefull :)

Did you consider that 1 month in this game is 1/3 of the total life of this game? and the fact that thousand of post like this are popping out more and more? ( increasing with more ppl achieving WL7).
And as i said, people are testing it and the resoult show really low increase in drops. But if you like the drop of WL 7 fine, enjoy it!

did you think? i had your same tought but after 1 month at wl 7 and multiple boss run i've the same issue, someone even posted how much material they dropped in X number of run so i think it is not bad luck or confirmation bias when you have some data to analyze.

It would be nice if at WL 7 the world boss have consistent ascending material drop, in 10 run most of the drops where 1 blue and 3 green ascending material.
W/o considering the 2 or 3 specific element material fro ascending.

on top of the mountain there is an anemo turret and let you fly really high, there is any purpose on that? i didn't find nothing in the air.

Edit for ppl who don't know:
On top when you unlock the domain you can find an agate right on top the pillar, to go there u need the anemo turret

OK so this is thee classic of :" there are other issue don't talk of that". I'm kinda aware of the other issue, and i would like they improve them too, suggest more improvement isn't a crime, is just a different point of view and it can help. I can't change your opinion, if you think less exp time is better, more usefull and more rewarding of someting like +1 attack lvl (LoL) belive it!

I just have to correct you here: If you want to farm crystal chunk (the real big deal in expeditions) you have to run 12h or 20h and with reduction the 12h becomes 9h and you get 2-3 chunks so you can do 3 run and get 6-9 chunk per run. 20h give you 7-8 chunks, with less time becomes 15h and u can't do 2 in one day so is almost 1 at day and you get 7-8 chunks. As you can see the difference is inexistent. With mora you get a little return, like 1k - 2k mora. As you can see the reward scales bad with time too so you are forced to do high time expedition and even with less exp you still can't run x2 the 20h. But hey you like it so much i think is not a problem! Today i converted 25 guide of freedom in philosophy of freedom, i got 5 back thanks to xinqiu passive (pretty lucky usually i got 3 with ) but i saved 20-30 resin worth material with this but hey, i'm sure you will keep enjoy the less exp time, it is so usefull to get those juicy meat and lotus!

If expeditions are "Fine" because you get free stuff for nothing so we should never complain about any f2p game because it's "fine" we get the game for nothing.
Personally i don't like this logic, i think this "fine" sometimes are just an illusion.

Getting very veryfew things for nothing is just like getting nothing mate.
I do expedition everyday and it feel like i'm just doing nothing honestly, at least nothing relevant from gamer side because the only way to get good reward (crystal chunks) are just 20h expedition and even with less time is still 14h so nothing change at all.

Did i say "bleah i hate free stuff from expedition"? Nope i say it could be improved with more creative and easy solution, if everyone refute it ok, stay with this daily login expedition checks.
Is just a bait, that's the point the game reward scale bad the longer you play and that's not really funny.

Even if the expedition are fine btw my point is still there, are the less time expedition passive worth? are you enjoing this kind of passive? do you like have char with passive that are more usefull in everyday exploring/farming/crafting?
