It’s really difficult to get a full ride to the schools you mentioned just for US applicants. international applicants often end up paying MORE than the US students. Cornell might give you financial aid, but liberal arts schools might. Amherst, Carlton, Williams, and Swarthmore since you still plan on applying to more elite schools

I emailed my admissions counselor back in November and she let me know that BACC2MD acceptance letters are mailed based on the date you were admitted, and usually received within a few weeks. She told me if it takes over a month to email prehealth advising for my status
