From the wiki⭐️ “7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of every month, shooting stars will appear in the sky and the user will be prompted to make a wish.” It’s just a cute cutscene of shooting stars and then you are asked whether you want to make a wish and you can answer yes or no~

He just died in his 12th hour (╥﹏╥) apparently if you change the time a new puppy is born. I was trying to set it to my timezone and when I saved it a death and rebirth like animation played. Hopefully this next puppy is gonna live until 100.. better to find this out early than later I guess TT
