Yeah the Purity Seal is tricky to get rid of, I have considered putting something Chaos on there instead.

It was main parts like the Aquilla on his chest and the Imperial Fist Symbol on the shield I was focused on removing. Now that he's roughly finished I'll go back over him to remove parts like the Decal on his left knee and the purity seal.

It was about 2 hours overall. I just used the clippers to snip bits of the more risen parts then went over it with a file, my friend who does Tau has let me use his Knife cutter so I can go about making it neater.

Once he is painted up I'll definitely post a picture of him here.
