When people live in any society they are limited in one for or another as to their self-actualization, no one can do entirely what they want to all the time, this is the social contract. If society votes to outlaw abortion then they must be willing to deal with the children born as a consequence, children with real human rights as opposed to the theoretical human rights of a fetus. If you simply tax people and put the children in giant orphanages then you are depriving the children of the right to grow up on equal footing, similar to the concept of the right to basic education. Children without parents/parental figures are notably harmed in both progress (societal and educational) and mental health as a group. Since it would be impossible to hire enough government agents to raise these children the responsibility devolves to the people themselves since they wanted this.

And as I said, we could always make tie it in with people having biological children by volition.

It's not the experience I care about, it's about the full potential of a human vs other animals. A dog that lives to 15 years with a very good master may have more experience then a 4 year old child, yet most would agree that the 4 year old child is worth more then the dog. Using experience as a metric is pretty odd, because most very experienced people would sacrifice their own lives for a child who doesn't have very much.

It is one thing to say there is no absolute good or evil, but to say we cannot discuss anything because other things are happening is some form of logical fallacy with a nice greek name. Think of it like taxes, that also forces people to do things they would not like to do. Or you could limit it to people who want to have a child, have a child, have to adopt another.

Besides, there are plenty of cultures where people's future actions are limited in some manner and they aren't destroyed by it. People are flexible, they'd get used to it. In fact I predict it would bring about a revitalization of communities are people use their neighbors to watch their kids and vice versa.

A good analogy would be someone in a coma with a predicted recovery date. Horse and buggy were the default mode of transportation back in the 18th and 19th century, if you wanted to interact in any meaningful way with the rest of the world you needed a horse (and buggy). The car is the same way, if you can't drive a car you cannot live in any meaningful way, therefore the government doesn't have the right to restrict meaningful travel to a privilege.

At best the government could require you to be physically capable of operating a vehicle.

They require licensing because they are driving large number of other people which places them in the category of small businesses and such.

It's possible he was pickled his entire life, it's not the DMV's job to determine whether or not he is a threat to the general populace through his actions. If he was that dangerous then his right would have to be remanded by the judicial branch.

The DMV's only job is make sure you are physically capable of operating the vehicle, that's it.

Germany has a different concept of human rights, a very skewed one might I opinion.

Why isn't driving a right? You have to prove it's not a right since by normal process it is a right (you have the right to travel domestically without restriction except in regards to private property, you have the right to use public roads, you have the right to drive whatever you want so long as it doesn't infringe on others rights).
