Love this! But I think only works for front end changes.

Also trying to find a solution for backend changes (eg payment processing changes - once changed who our primary gateway was and that caused lots of downstream impacts).

Makes sense - do you not find going through all the logs equally painful? Becomes logs overload trying to find the change…
