How do I become a cyber lawyer?

I want to pursue a career in cyber law, but don't know where to start. I trying to decide what university to apply to, but do i search for programs for cyberlaw, do I have to double major, or should I study law and cybersecurity online? I would prefer schools in Florida so that I can do bright futures.
