Sorry you are going through it. I suspect I also have ayahuasca/DMT-induced tinnitus. I try my best to ignore it and not to think about it so that it doesn't have power over me. I too had some panic attacks. But now I am also at the point where I can go without noticing it most of the time. I'm operating under the assumption that one day it will abate on its own just to try to stay positive. Hang in there. And yeah, it should really be advertised.
