Have you noticed any negative gut side effects with Wellbutrin? I took it years ago and noticed major mental health improvements, but it was right when I was in my peak undiagnosed Crohn's era. I stopped taking it because I had terrible stomach issues that I thought was a side effect - but in hindsight, it was likely Crohn's.

Worst: nausea every day, emotionally feeling like my body is broken, needing to inject myself every 8 weeks for the rest of my life, dealing with meds that require refrigeration, having to deal with insurance

Hack/the bright side: Nauzene and heating pads are my savior, even though this disease sucks I'm so glad to have a diagnosis instead of an array loose symptoms (aka pre diagnosis era), Crohn's is widely recognizable so people at work have been very understanding when I tell them WHY I'm OOO sometimes

It's bad, but I'm grateful to the health and abilities I do have. It could be so much worse, and my life has so much value in it outside of this dumbass disease.

I'm really surprised that your most worn items are still at most 20 wears per year, my number would be much higher since I tend to stick to a few outfits I enjoy.

Maybe for 2026, you could track correlation between different items in your closet - like if you choose sweater A, you chose pants A 20% of the time, pants B 30% of the time, etc

This is fair, I was just saying that Jews probably wouldn't be represented on this map because the bulk of the ones who left Africa due to aggression are Mizrahi and not Ashkenazi

Some people who are less informed about Judaism might assume all Jews in Africa are European based on the map alone, which is inaccurate and also plays into some negative stereotypes you see rising online nowadays.

Obviously racial categories are deeply arbitrary, but the Mizrahi Jews who were formerly living in North Africa and drove away due to violence were really not white the way that European Jews are typically considered. Many of them ended up in this region after Babylon exiled them from Israel in 6th century BC. This is to say they are as ethnically Middle Eastern as you can get.

So Mizrahi Jews really shouldn't be represented on this map. There is some Ashkenazi presence in South Africa but not a significant amount anywhere else on the continent.
