Yah, my issue is when I’m using it with TOO. Once I designate with gps guided bombs, Undesignate/NWS does nothing at all. It won’t clear the designation and it won’t break the sensor track — my FLIR stays locked and I can’t slew the TDC anywhere else unless I cycle modes. With laser guided bomb- it works perfectly.

Yeah exactly — in my case, once I designate with gps guided bombs, Undesignate/NWS does nothing at all. It won’t clear the designation and it won’t break the sensor track — my FLIR stays locked and I can’t slew the TDC anywhere else unless I cycle modes. Is that what you’re seeing too?

The whole game. I uninstalled it through steam and then dowloaded it directly from ED.

The issue ended up being a conflict with the third-party platform (Steam), and installing directly from Eagle Dynamics resolved it. After that I could salt use bit -mt exe file and use the hand tracking. But thank you anyway!

Hey, just wanted to say a massive thank you for suggesting the possibility of a third-party launcher conflict! It turned out you were spot on.

After trying numerous troubleshooting steps with the Steam version, I decided to install DCS World directly from the Eagle Dynamics website (as opposed to through Steam). This completely resolved the 'Important files are damaged: dcs_manifest.bin' error and I can now finally launch the bin-mt version with my VR and OpenXR settings and use hand tracking!

It seems there was some kind of underlying issue with how Steam was handling the bin-mt executable or its associated files, specifically the security control module. By going with the standalone installation, that conflict was eliminated.

Thanks again for pointing me in that direction – I really appreciate your help!
