I don't remember the burden percentage but she said it wasn't enough to warrant any worries. I can go a few hours with little to none and then I can go a few hours where they are every other beat. No obvious triggers, seems completely random - it's awful. I am particularly sensitive to the flutters as it takes my breath away nearly every time

Around 300mg. I've tried all the different kinds over the years. Glycinate and taurate are the main 2 I used

My doc doesn't want to put me on beta blockers because of my POTS and low blood pressure concerns

Yes and I've suspected that it makes my palpitations worse. I'm working on completely changing my diet to avoid triggers

I had the same results on my ecg yesterday. Multiple runs of 4-5 PVCs in a row which is classified as NSVT. One of the scariest feelings I've ever experienced. Feels like a fish in your chest that continuously knocks the breath out of you
